Key Account Manager Role Overview

At Qualifyze GmbH, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager for Key Accounts to drive our mission by generating net new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through retaining and upselling existing customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our key accounts.
  • Own the customer journey after the Account Executive closes the deal, ensuring a seamless handover and continuous value delivery.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your assigned accounts to achieve a 100% share of wallet.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in account management, customer success, or a related sales role, ideally within B2B or Life Sciences industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and managing pipelines.

We offer an estimated salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and driving results, we would love to hear from you.
