Our Recruitment Process

- Brief Call: This typically starts with a brief virtual/phone conversation to learn about you, understand your motivations, and ensure we have the right job for you
- Interviews: You will meet various team members, including your line manager and others related to your future role. We will delve into your experience, skills, and the position's expectations, as well as Amaris's culture, teams, and career opportunities
- Case Study: Depending on the position, you may be asked to complete a test. This could involve a role play, technical assessment, problem-solving scenario, or similar

Your Opportunity
As a Business Development Manager at Amaris Consulting, you will have the chance to lead and develop our team, focusing on expanding our presence in the market. Your key responsibilities will include driving new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and leading a talented team towards achieving our goals. In return, you will be offered a competitive salary package of approximately $130,000 per year, reflecting your expertise and value to the organization.
