About Us

Blu Selection is a dynamic corporate-focused health and wellness startup advocate seeking an accomplished Sales and Partnership Manager to lead their market expansion.

What We Offer

A competitive salary package of €80,000 per annum, attractive bonus structure, full-time and long-term contract, and flexible career progression opportunities in the Spanish and European markets.

About You

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving business growth. As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate high-value business opportunities through targeted prospecting, overseeing client portfolio acquisition and development, and leading the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation to final negotiations.

Your Skills and Qualifications

You must possess:

  • Fluency in both Spanish, German, and English, both written and verbal (fluency in French is a strong plus)
  • Located in Barcelona
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrable success in senior-level Business Development, Sales, or related client-facing roles
  • Energetic, innovative, and able to work independently at a fast pace
  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and achieving substantial business growth
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to switch between hands-on and strategic tasks
  • Passion for sports/fitness/health advocacy
