**Job Description**

In the midst of a scale-up phase, Mytraffic's Customer Success team is evolving and growing as part of the global Revenue Team. We are seeking an experienced Key Account Expansion Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will work in a collaborative environment with 15 Customer Success Managers and report directly to a Lead CSM. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.

**Responsibilities**

  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer adoption and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to develop and execute account plans
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure platform adoption and utilization
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer engagement and retention

**Requirements**

  • Native fluency in French and proficiency in English
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS B2B and complex solutions
  • Proven track record of managing client portfolios and driving business growth
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, anti-churn strategies, and portfolio expansion
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
