About the Role: The Account Manager position is a sales-focused role that involves contract value retention and growth through contract expansion by introducing new products and services. This strategic opportunity includes managing specific mid-sized clients in Czechia with revenue targets between $50 million - $750 million per year. Fluency in Czech and English is essential for this role, as is alignment with our Barcelona office. You must reside within a commutable distance. In our hybrid work environment, we provide flexibility and support for you to thrive – working virtually when productive and collaborating with colleagues in a vibrant community. As a strategic partner, you will work closely with C-level and senior executives across various organizations in an assigned territory of mid-sized organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and renew member research contracts.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Czech and English.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (any discipline welcome).
  • You must be a 2025 graduate to be eligible to apply for this role.
  • Prior experience in a professional setting with evidence of prior sales or target-focused success.
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver high-impact presentations to top executives.
  • Proven demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
  • Competitive nature.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
