At Merantix, we are seeking a skilled Digital Territory Expansion Specialist to join our Strategic Territory organization. This sales role will focus on generating new business and expanding existing relationships within assigned accounts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create new business opportunities within strategic accounts, leveraging customer value and long-term goals.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and channel partners to expand business relationships with assigned customers.
  • Develop account plans for high-priority accounts with input from multiple teams.
  • Evaluate customer profiles, craft value messaging, and outline execution steps.
  • Foster strong relationships within accounts, translating challenges into unique value propositions.
  • Employ Return on Investment sales methodologies and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Collaborate on renewal business sales motions with customer success teams.
  • Negotiate deals within targeted accounts, including on behalf of partners.
  • Build trust by understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Identify key personnel, address challenges, and propose solutions.
  • Present proposals to upper management, showcasing value and negotiating deals.
  • Share successful sales tactics and stories.
  • Develop quarterly forecasts and sales plans.
  • Establish action plans to solve challenges and achieve results.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Experience working in the French market.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and selling methodologies (e.g., TAS, Value Selling, Solution Selling).
  • Familiarity with sales logging applications (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Submission of quarterly sales forecasts and experience achieving results based on performance.
  • Proficiency in reaching upper management within assigned accounts.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools (e.g., SFDC, OutReach, Consensus, Sales Navigator/LinkedIn, and Gong).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel.
  • Inside sales/office-based sales experience.
  • Ability to adapt to unexpected changes.
  • Willingness to improve sales skills through on-the-job coaching, self-learning, and Autodesk's sales career progression framework.
