The RoleWe seek a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator for Key Accounts to assist our key account management team. The ideal candidate will excel in administrative tasks, possess strong organizational skills, and have excellent communication abilities. This role is crucial for maintaining seamless client relations and supporting operational needs.
Responsibilities:- Administrative Assistance:
- Assist the key account management team with various administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update client databases and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ticketing and Client Management:
- Handle the Ticketing Pipeline of the Key Account Management (KAM) team.
- Provide general support in client communications, including follow-ups and responses.
- VIP Programme Support:
- Scrape and document every booking related to the VIP programme.
- Documentation and Process Management:
- Keep Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Notion pages updated with the latest processes and information.
- C1 Spanish level and C1 English level required.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
- Organized and able to follow up on processes with fast follow-up delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Able to put pressure on stakeholders for fastest resolution.
- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or related fields is a plus.
- Team building events and office activities.
- Transportation card for roles requiring traveling according to internal policy.
