Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Sales Representative to join our European team in Barcelona's office. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base across Europe.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled sales professional to take ownership of direct sales in the region and achieve outstanding results. You will be working closely with our sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Sell and promote our online English courses to potential new customers in Europe
  • Upgrade and renew current customers to increase revenue
  • Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPIs and sales targets
  • Achieve exceptional customer service and proactively respond to client queries
  • Perform database and record-keeping activities
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role with a strong track record of sales success
  • Fluent level in French both written and verbal
  • Min. B2 level of English
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
  • Cultural awareness and team-player
  • Good understanding of KPIs and targets
