Company Overview: Games Workshop is an international company looking to expand its client base across Europe. We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is €40,600 OTE (€35,000 base salary + uncapped commission).

Job Description: As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential independent retailers through cold calling. You will showcase the benefits of partnering with Games Workshop, establish and cultivate strong relationships swiftly by telephone, and identify client needs and effectively close B2B sales opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must be a confident communicator with the ability to capture attention and have a great conversation. You should thrive on surpassing targets and embrace challenges, being resilient in the face of rejection and demonstrating persistence and determination. Additionally, you should be naturally skilled in sales with the ability to guide and influence decision making.

Benefits: We offer a generous package including 23 days of holiday + 12 public holidays (with the opportunity to gain an extra four days holiday per year), company pension scheme (4% of salary), profit share bonus, and share save scheme. You will also receive 25% to 50% discount on our products and relocation support.
