We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager with a native or near-native level of English to join our Sales Team in Spain. The team consists of 14 members, managing different portfolios of assigned accounts and developing opportunities in international markets (DACH and Poland). This role requires daily executive decisions and shaping long-term relationships with clients. Proactivity, independence, and problem-solving skills are essential for increasing the client base and overall revenue for the region.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts by monitoring key metrics to ensure commitments to existing clients are met
- Identify business opportunities (new services, product features, or budget expenditure approaches)
- Establish and maintain collaboration with prospects and clients to understand their needs and propose strategic advice
- Generate new business opportunities to develop the company's presence in different countries for Properties, Jobs, and Car verticals
Requirements:
- A valid working permit for Spain is required
- Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience in a digital business
- Sales-driven approach as this is a market development type of role
- Affinity for acquiring new business, doing sales pitches, and general business development
- Solid knowledge of Online Marketing Metrics and business models such as CPC, CPM, and CPL
- Experience managing online market campaigns and familiar with sharing results and strategies with clients
- Online marketing knowledge and experience with web analytics, SEM, SEO, and CRM
- Experience working with DACH and Poland markets
Salary Estimate: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
