**Job Description**

The Digital Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying decision makers within customer organizations, and monitoring customer satisfaction metrics. You will also consult with customers on how Microsoft's solutions can address their challenges and strategically think about sales territory for accounts.

**Responsibilities**

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and advocate for customers within the organization.
  • Identify decision makers within customer organizations leveraging partners and v-teams.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and manage escalation processes.
  • Consult on how Microsoft's solutions can address customer challenges.
  • Strategically think about sales territory for accounts.
  • Assist customers in cloud solutions through upsell and renewal maximizing business outcomes.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth.
  • Proficiency in German Language is a requirement.
