As a German-speaking Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new business partners and helping them unlock their full potential on our dynamic platform.

About the Role

Based in our vibrant office in Valencia, Spain, you will be responsible for managing key markets in Germany, including Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, the Ruhr area, and Cologne/Düsseldorf. Your mission will be to use your sales skills across various industries, including Food & Drink, Health, Beauty & Wellness, Leisure & Experiences, and Home & Auto.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • New business acquisition: You will proactively identify new partners, building relationships over the phone to set up fixed appointments.
  • Contract negotiation: You will handle sales meetings remotely and negotiate cooperation contracts, driving new business opportunities.
  • Onboarding success: You will ensure a smooth start for new partners, conducting internal quality checks to maintain high standards.
  • Salesforce management: You will manage your pipeline and activities in Salesforce, ensuring full transparency.
  • Brand ambassador: You will contribute to Groupon's growth and success in the market, strengthening our positive reputation.
About the Opportunity

We are offering a competitive salary of approximately €45,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus. You will also receive a flexible working arrangement, working from our Valencia office three days a week, with remote flexibility. Requirements

We are looking for a talented, results-driven individual with excellent sales skills and a strong ability to build relationships. You should have a good understanding of the German market and be able to communicate effectively in both English and German. Experience in sales or business development is essential, as well as proficiency in using Salesforce.
