Xm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced German-Speaking Business Development Professional to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and have excellent communication skills.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries via live chat, email, and telephone, performing personal client analysis, and taking actions as required. They will also handle client inquiries appropriately, ensuring high-level service is provided, promote available products and services to clients, and develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a degree in a business-related field, have client handling experience in the financial services sector, and be fluent in German with excellent oral and written skills in English. You should also be able to multitask and maintain a high level of organization, have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in computer literacy.
