Norwegian Inside Sales Business Development Specialist

At David Kennedy Recruitment, we are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to find a talented Norwegian-speaking Inside Sales Representative for their Malaga office.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and creative team as an Inside Sales Representative. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and maintaining relationships within accounts to maintain long-term visibility of strategy, plans, and competitor activity
- Creating business environments for sustained growth on accounts
- Preparing commercial and technical service proposals to drive profitability through proactive management
- Executing and achieving sales quotas and targets
- Tracking, managing, and reporting ongoing activity relative to sales pipelines
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A solid sales background
- Fluent Norwegian (C2) and English at native level
- Strong communication skills
- Achievement and goal-oriented mindset
- Motivated and self-starter attitude
- Previous experience working with channels
- Previous experience in B2B sales

Estimated salary range: €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience.
