The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Norwegian-speaking Client Renewal Specialist to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As a key member of our client success department, you will be responsible for handling and maintaining relationships with existing customers, ensuring contract renewal and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the renewal process, building trust and establishing long-term relationships
  • Effectively convert renewal leads into opportunities and revenue pipelines by applying filtering criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline
  • Engage with small and medium businesses across various industries, company sizes, and types to determine their needs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Understand customers' current license position at the company, leveraging cloud technologies to secure customer wins and maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
Requirements:
  • Native-level fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in English (B2)
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Working experience selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions preferred
  • Sales/customer service relationship background and telephone experience preferred

  • An estimated salary of €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience
