About the Role

As an SDR at Bsport, you play a vital role in our business's continued success and growth. Your primary responsibility is to capture the UK market by engaging with key decision-makers and convincing them to partner with us.

Main Responsibilities
  • Convincing leading businesses to collaborate with us
  • Consulting companies to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Qualifying and identifying maximum commercial opportunities
  • Prospecting for new leads to reach and surpass monthly objectives and KPIs
  • Communicating with our Sales and Operations Team to provide insights into market trends and developments
  • Actively participating in improving internal processes and commercial processes
  • Reporting and managing all activities on our SalesLoft platform to organize your sales pipeline

You will be a good fit for this role if you have:

  • Proficiency in English as your primary language (other languages are a plus)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • A proven track record of taking initiative and achieving results
  • A desire to be challenged in a dynamic environment
  • The ability to work individually while demonstrating strong team spirit
  • Organizational skills, precision, and effective communication
  • Creativity and a willingness to innovate
