Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Sales Growth Manager to join our dynamic team at Danone. As a key member of our EURAM zone, you will be responsible for managing distributors in the allocated market(s) and driving business growth for Evian & Volvic brands.

About the Role
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • To manage distributors of the allocated market(s) and drive top-line and bottom-line growth of the zone and CBU
  • To build joint business plans with distributors and pilot excellence in execution
  • To work closely with distributors through to the customer level to maximize business
  • Distributor Management & Engagement:
  • Choose and assess distributors, develop and sustain strong partnerships, and maintain efficient business relationships

Your Impact

You will have a direct impact on our business results as an EVAI Sr. Business Development Manager. Your role is to innovate, implement, maintain, oversee, and control G2M systems & KPIs, sales technologies for a cutting-edge sales information and support program. You will drive optimization & productivity projects and capability programs, guiding sales management and upper management to contribute to business sales strategies and day-to-day decision-making processes.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
