Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our Asian team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Furniture Manufacturing Industry and excellent sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Detect new potential partners and help them improve their skills to be part of our core sales network.
  • Sell our organization's products or services to and maintain relationships with existing accounts, responsible for expanding and retaining enterprise accounts while ensuring ongoing customer service.
  • Report objectives, actions taken, and results obtained to your hierarchy.
  • Identify and qualify long-term and short-term business opportunities and proactively address competitive threats.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience in the Furniture Manufacturing Industry.
  • Excellent sales skills and ability to expand and retain enterprise accounts.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:

This is a full-time, contractor position with opportunities for growth and development within our company. The salary range for this role is **€60,000 - €80,000 per year**, depending on experience.
