As a Senior Sales Development Specialist for the furniture industry, you will play a key role in driving growth and revenue for Pollmeier Massivholz GmbH & Co. KG.
About PollmeierPollmeier is a leading global provider of high-quality beech hardwood products, with a strong presence in Spain and a commitment to sustainable forestry practices.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Consultant. As a Regional Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and distributing Pollmeier's product range in Spain, maintaining and deepening contact with key customers, and representing our products at trade fairs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and negotiating deals
- Represent Pollmeier's products at trade fairs and other industry events, showcasing our expertise and building brand awareness
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategy
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the furniture industry or related sector
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
- Familiarity with Spanish culture and business practices, with fluent language skills (C1 level)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a comprehensive training program, opportunities for career development, and a dynamic and supportive work environment.
