Are you a seasoned professional with a knack for engineering and sales looking to drive innovation in the industry sector? We're seeking a Sales Industry Product Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales accounts and clients, as well as executing short- and long-term commercial targets in the Industry segment for the Iberia area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Driving Efficiency: Develop and execute effective sales plans, achieve sales targets, and increase revenue from existing accounts.
  • Sales Channel Development: Establish strategic growth initiatives, performance criteria, and targets for AAF's indirect and direct sales channels.
  • Technical Advisor: Expand AAF's relationship with the market by selling air filtration solutions, advising customers on technical matters, and finding the most suitable solutions.
  • Time-to-Market Acceleration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand sales footprint and market awareness.
  • Product Champion: Advocate for assigned products, ensuring clear messaging and building awareness internally and externally.

Requirements:

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in technical sales, requiring a deep understanding and explanation of products.
  • Ability to manage and service accounts over a broad geographical sales area.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong oral and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience with MS Office tools and Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications:

A background in mechanical engineering or a similar business degree can be beneficial. Experience in selling high-value products, including pricing, negotiations, and account management, is also desirable.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong technical and business acumen, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to manage multiple tasks under pressure and make ethical decisions.
