We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Specialist to join our team in the Industry sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for engineering and sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovative solutions and grow our presence in the Industry segment. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales accounts and clients, achieving sales targets, and increasing revenue in the Iberia area.

About the Role

In this hands-on role, you will be the driving force behind our assigned air filter product groups. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enlarge our sales footprint and market awareness. Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, with a deep understanding of products that require explanation. They will also have proficiency in both Spanish and English, strong oral and written communication skills, and experience with MS Office tools and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer relations: Build and maintain relationships with customers, taking into account their demands and wishes.
  • Driving Efficiency: Develop and execute effective sales plans, achieve sales targets, and increase revenue.
  • Develop sales channels: Establish strategic growth initiatives, performance criteria, and targets to develop AAF's indirect direct sales channels.
  • Advisor in technical matters: Expand AAF's relationship with the market by selling air filtration solutions, advising customers on technical matters, and helping to find the most appropriate solution.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in selling high-added-value products, including experience in pricing, negotiations, and account management.
  • A strong technical and business acumen, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, with a commitment to ethical decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively.
