Technical Sales Specialist for Air Filtration Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to drive innovative solutions in the air filtration industry. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a dynamic professional with a passion for engineering and sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate and build relationships with customers, understanding their demands and wishes.
- Develop and execute effective sales plans, achieving targets and increasing revenue from existing accounts.
- Establish strategic growth initiatives, performance criteria, and targets for indirect and direct sales channels.
- Advise customers on technical matters, helping them find the most suitable solution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to expand sales footprint and market awareness.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in technical sales for products requiring deep understanding and explanation.
- Ability to manage and service accounts over a broad geographical area.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with MS Office tools and Salesforce.
