About the Role: As a Technical Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth in the Industry sector. In this hands-on role, you will be the key account manager for our assigned air filter product groups.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Promote AAF's indirect and direct sales channels through strategic growth initiatives and performance criteria.
  • Advise customers on technical matters and provide expert solutions to meet their needs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to expand sales footprint and market awareness.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical sales with a deep understanding of products.
  • Proven track record of success in selling high-value products, including experience in pricing, negotiations, and account management.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with MS Office tools and Salesforce.
