Job Summary
This is a unique opportunity to showcase your business acumen and sales expertise as a trusted advisor for an Apple Shop within a partner reseller store. As a Senior Sales Business Development Specialist, you'll drive sales growth, provide exceptional customer service, and train partner staff to meet our merchandising standards.
Responsibilities
- Represent Apple and influence within a single partner store to build business plans, achieve partner sales targets, and grow business.
- Collaborate and train reseller teams on our products, services, and merchandising guidelines, while promoting outstanding customer experiences and developing brand advocates.
- Educate and encourage store teams to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio.
- Meet customers and promote the Apple ecosystem by communicating the benefits and values of the products through product demonstrations and consultations, individually or in groups.
- Build a community of dedicated Apple customers who will come back to consult on future Apple purchases.
- Strive for excellence and ensure Apple's outstanding dedication to merchandising and brand standards are upheld throughout your store.
- Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and escalate issues for timely and effective resolution.
- Provide insightful feedback that will help to further develop and improve upon Apple Shop performance, working together with partner store leadership to achieve and improve results and drive lasting impact.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years of related experience.
- Possession of strong self-motivation and ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Effective time management including ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize tasks.
- Ambition for driving sales results and recommending Apple solutions.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends and develop associated insights and recommendations.
- Fluency in Spanish is required, with English fluency preferred.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping customers and partners understand how Apple technology can enrich lives. You should have demonstrated ability to discover customers' needs and values, as well as curiosity for continuous learning and eagerness to share knowledge with others. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to educate, inspire, and influence others.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
