About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead strategic partnerships with Spanish Issuers for our Apple Wallet and Payments Services team. This role involves managing relationships with existing partners, driving adoption of new features and services, and working cross-functionally with Technical, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and grow strong business relationships with Apple Pay Card Issuers.
- Lead all aspects of partner relationships, from day-to-day management to introducing new projects, including early engagement, business case development, project management, contractual negotiations, and execution.
- Provide high-quality communications to business leaders within Apple and partners.
- Drive the implementation of solutions, ensuring all product requirements are met to the highest standards.
- Foster opportunities and processes to scale existing and new services through partners.
- Maintain performance of services to ensure customers and partners have the best possible experiences and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with Apple Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap by leveraging market knowledge, partner insights, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in forming and developing sophisticated partner relationships, structuring and negotiating business and technical terms to close deals.
- Deep background and understanding of financial services and payments.
- Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
