Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Spain. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting Apple products and services.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based on business needs, which may include evenings and weekends. You will work closely with our partner reseller store teams to build business plans, achieve sales targets, and grow Apple's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Apple and influence within a single partner store to build business plans, achieve partner sales targets, and grow business.
  • Collaborate and train reseller teams on Apple products, services, and merchandising guidelines, while promoting outstanding customer experiences and developing brand advocates.
  • Educate and encourage store teams to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio.
  • Meet customers and promote the Apple ecosystem by communicating the benefits and values of Apple products through product demonstrations and consultations, individually or in groups.
  • Build a community of dedicated Apple customers who will come back to consult on future Apple purchases.
  • Strive for excellence and ensure Apple's outstanding dedication to merchandising and brand standards are upheld throughout your store; this includes ensuring that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
  • Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and escalate issues for timely and effective resolution.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2+ years of related experience.
  • Passion for helping customers and partners understand how Apple technology can enrich lives.
  • Demonstrated ability to discover customers' needs and values.
  • Curiosity for continuous learning and eagerness to share knowledge with others.
  • Outstanding customer focus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to educate, inspire, and influence others.
  • Solid relationship building skills with the ability to become a trusted business partner at a single point of sale.

  • Effective time management including ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize tasks.
  • Ambition for driving sales results and recommending Apple solutions.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop associated insights and recommendations.
  • Background in direct sales or solution-based selling.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
