About the Role
You will be joining our Spanish sales team, with the aim of strengthening our leadership in Spain, where we are already the go-to Employer Branding & ATS tool, with amazing clients like Freshly Cosmetics, SACYR, Nude Project, VICIO, Multiópticas.
We are looking for someone who ideally has previous experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms is a plus) and can be responsible for their entire sales cycle from prospecting to sign.
Additionally, we are looking for someone who is comfortable contacting anyone and booking a meeting over the phone or by email, can keep high activity & has the drive to always exceed expectations, has HR experience (working directly in HR or selling HR-related products), and is fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Our Recruitment Process
If there is a match from the get-go, things can move really fast.
The process usually includes these steps: 1) Quick call with Marc, Sales Manager Spain - 15 minutes, 2) In-depth interview with Marc, and maybe: Joao (Talent Acquisition Manager), Ali (LATAM Sales Manager), Carlos (Regional Manager), Julia (Marketing Manager Spain & LATAM), Vicky (Partnerships Manager Spain), Lu (Senior AE), or others - 45 minutes, 3) Business Case + Informal chat with part of the Sales team - 1 hour, 4) Online Assessment Test.
