**Estimated Salary:** $150,000 - $200,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)
**Job Description**
We are looking for a visionary leader to spearhead our commercial operations, develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share
- Optimize sales processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead digital transformation of commercial operations, focusing on enhancing digital reach and omnichannel strategies
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of 12, with 6 direct reports
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry
