Job Overview
Cepsa Química, a leading player in the chemical industry, is seeking an experienced Commercial Excellence Manager to drive sales growth and profitability in our Intermediates business.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in commercial roles, preferably in the chemical or intermediates market. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the sale of products, developing customer relationships, and negotiating sales conditions within their assigned client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and nurture relationships with customers by providing consistent and quality communication
- Negotiate sales conditions within their client portfolio following the premises set by their manager
- Formalize contracts and define development plans with assigned clients
- Carry out market studies and stay up-to-date on market trends for Cepsa's chemical products
- Attract and retain new customers and maintain accurate customer portfolio information
- Collaborate with Commercial Management in preparing and updating sales plans and budgets
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar field
- Very high level of English proficiency
- Availability to travel internationally
- High knowledge of Office software and CRM management
- Ability to work autonomously and analyze complex situations
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
