Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Executive - Sales Specialist. You will be responsible for acquiring new accounts that enable us to install lockers (APM) in their facilities. Your primary focus will be on businesses with between 10 to 100 locations, including gas stations, retail chains, commercial spaces, supermarkets, and others.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting for new business opportunities through personal networking, digital prospecting, or on-site prospecting.
- Explaining the advantages of adding available locations to the Inpost network.
- Negotiating membership contracts, including responsibilities, benefits, and fees.
- Increasing Inpost's visibility in small to medium-sized businesses.
- Participating in public or private events to increase Inpost's presence.
- Providing weekly progress reports to the area manager.
- Traveling within Spain or Portugal to attend commercial appointments, both prospecting and account maintenance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, such as sales of outdoor advertising, ATMs, distribution positions, negotiation of retail space, or lockers.
- High proficiency in CRM systems, including Pipedrive, Hubspot, or Salesforce.
- High proficiency in Office Suite.
- A valid driving license in Spain.
- A university degree is preferred.
- English language skills at C1 level, with Portuguese being a plus.
- Ability to generate leads and conduct inbound and outbound prospecting.
- Negotiation skills for physical space in chains, supermarkets, shopping centers, car parks, or similar.
- Maintenance of existing accounts and upselling.
- Follow-up of established processes and feedback of improvements through the correct channels.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work in multi-tasking environments.
