As a High-Tech Enterprise Sales Specialist at Gartner, you will play a pivotal role in signing new logos and increasing our net contract value. You will become a market expert within high-tech mid-sized enterprise client accounts, leveraging strategic outreach strategies to win new business and drive growth.

The Role:

You will act as a strategic partner with C-level executives across various High Tech organizations, building long-lasting relationships and implementing effective sales strategies. Your primary objective will be to increase net contract value for the overall region and contribute to wider business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner with C-level executives across assigned territories of mid-sized enterprise businesses
  • Implement strategic outreach strategies to sign and win new logos for Gartner
  • Increase net contract value for the overall region and wider business growth objectives


Requirements:

We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor's degree and 1-6 years of experience in a professional setting. You should have evidence of prior success in targeted sales environments and English and German language comprehension. Proven intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen are essential. Experience selling IT, staffing/recruiting, or professional services solutions is highly preferred, particularly in complex sales cycles. You must be able to navigate conversations with C-level executives to uncover explicit needs and value. We also require excellent communication, relationship-building, and challenger sales methods, along with a competitive drive and collaborative approach.
