**What You'll Earn**

We offer a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and exceptional benefits. Our sales associates earn between £60,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.

**Job Description**

As a Business Development Manager at Gartner, you'll be responsible for managing existing client relationships, retaining and growing contract value, and signing new logos. You'll work closely with C-level executives across various high-tech organizations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Act as a strategic partner with C-level executives to build long-lasting relationships
  • Manage, retain, renew, and upsell existing Gartner client research contracts
  • Implement strategic outreach strategies to sign and win new logos for Gartner

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-6 years of experience in a professional setting with a proven track record in targeted sales
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and challenger sales methods
