Business Development Director for Corporate Partnerships

IE Lifelong Learning is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join its dynamic team. This role will focus on developing and nurturing relationships with corporate and enterprise clients across various sectors and regions in Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute strategies to approach new corporates and medium-sized enterprises in different sectors and regions of Spain.
• Develop and implement plans to nurture and achieve loyalty of assigned corporates and medium-sized enterprises, which are already IE clients in different sectors and regions of Spain.
Commercial Activities:
• Sales, management, and participation in commercial events, including implementing activities post-event and representing IE Lifelong Learning in meetings with different stakeholders.
• Creation and management of academic proposals for clients, development of long-term relationships with specific accounts, and participation in diverse projects such as diagnostic projects, consultative sales, benchmarking, and strategic planning in various sectors in Spain.
Requirements:
• Master's Degree from a Spanish university, with a high capacity for analysis.
• Native Spanish language speaker, with fluency in English (written and oral).
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Spain in business development, sales, corporate client loyalty, and relationship management, preferably in the service or education sectors.
• CRM experience, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, and other tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Advanced capacity for analytic thinking and organization, attention to detail, and service orientation. Experience managing projects, developed interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills, active listening, empathy, persuasion, and team-member skills, with the ability to work in diverse environments and with different clients.
