About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Partnerships team in Spain. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with landlords and building owners.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the flexible workspace market. You will be responsible for generating awareness and visibility of our partnership proposition, identifying and pitching prospective partners, and converting interest into commercial negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive a team of Partnership Sales Managers
  • Generate awareness and visibility of our partnership proposition in the market
  • Identify, contact, and pitch prospective partners through business development activities
  • Sell our range of partnership solutions to all prospects and convert interest into commercial negotiations
  • Convert commercial discussions into signed contracts with the support of our legal team
