About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our Partnerships team in Spain. As a key member of our global network growth team, you will be responsible for driving business partnerships at local and regional levels to accelerate the growth of our network.

As a Regional Director, you will ensure the entire team is capable of creating their own sales leads, successfully selling the IWG partnership proposition, and rapidly converting all opportunities into signed contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive a team of Partnership Sales Managers
  • Generate awareness and visibility of the IWG partnership proposition in the market
  • Identify, contact, and pitch prospective partners through Business Development activities
  • Sell the range of partnership solutions to all prospects and convert interest into commercial negotiations
  • Conduct due diligence with prospective partners and work with legal to finalize and sign development agreements
  • Sign deals with partners that allow us to grow the network quickly, in the right locations, and profitably
Requirements
  • Senior B2B sales leadership experience in a fast-growing, dynamic multinational business
  • Business development background in complex solution/service-led sales
  • Proven ability to remotely manage and motivate a business development team to develop, track, and close large deals
  • Flexible and broad-minded with a disciplined approach to business development
  • Self-sufficient, deal-focused, and can-do mindset
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to present a compelling narrative to a wide variety of audiences
