About the Role

The Sales Director will lead the sales organization in Spain, driving growth and revenue expansion for ADT Spain. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Lead and manage sales teams to ensure high performance and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of sales and management experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Demonstrable experience in the security-alarm monitoring industry, with a strong understanding of the market and its trends
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management
  • Experience in national and multinational working environments, with a strong understanding of cultural differences and their impact on business
