We are seeking an experienced Cloud Sales Director to join our team at Mygwork, where you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the EMEA region.

As a Senior Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic partner sales plan that drives top-line revenue growth and end-customer adoption through partner engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with senior executives, and advise customers on the value of partners and their solutions.

We offer a highly competitive salary of €120,000 - €180,000 per year, plus a range of benefits, including flexible work arrangements, comprehensive health insurance, and access to ongoing training and development programs.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute a strategic partner sales plan to drive revenue growth and end-customer adoption.
  • Build relationships with senior executives and advise customers on the value of partners and their solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop account plans.
  • Manage and coach partner development managers and solution architects to ensure quality results and adherence to best practices.
