We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Professional to drive growth and expand our presence in the Italian market. As part of our team, you will report directly to the Director of Sales and focus on launching and expanding our footprint with high-potential mid-to-large enterprises.

The Role:
• Work exclusively on a curated list of high-potential target companies, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises.
• Manage the complete sales cycle for assigned accounts, from qualification to close, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Build and execute effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Responsible for launching and managing client accounts during their first year with us, ensuring a successful implementation, addressing ongoing needs, and driving account growth by expanding the number of seats, functionalities, and overall adoption within their organization.
• Conduct in-person visits with prospective clients to establish strong relationships and gain deeper insights into their needs.
• Deliver accurate forecasts and track revenue performance, ensuring transparency and alignment with leadership.
• Collaborate closely with the sales leadership team and cross-functional departments (Marketing, Customer Experience) to align on strategies and deliver exceptional results.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a B2B sales or account executive role, preferably within enterprise sales or working with large, complex organizations.
  • Experience in SaaS or digital transformation industries is a plus.
  • A hybrid professional comfortable with both remote work and conducting in-person client meetings as required.
  • Sales skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strategic mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop account plans and execute strategies for expanding market presence.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian (proficient) and English (professional level).

Estimated salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year based on location and experience. Our benefits package includes:
