Fintech Partnership Development Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Partnership Development Manager to join our team at Pleo. As a key member of our Partnerships channel, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our partners in the UK and Ireland, DACH, Netherlands, Spain, and Nordics.
Responsibilities- Inherit and grow a portfolio of high-value accountant partners, identifying opportunities for expansion and developing tailored plans to achieve our joint partnership goals.
- Launch and scale our consulting partner community, exploring new markets and developing strategies to drive growth.
- Nurture and develop lasting relationships with our partners, understanding their needs and delivering unique solutions to help them succeed.
- Deliver training sessions on the Pleo product, host webinars and events, and meet with senior stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Proven experience in partnerships, sales, or account management, with a strong commercial mindset and ability to think creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fintech environment, with knowledge of financial technology and its applications.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
- A competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per year, depending on experience.
