Senior Key Accounts Manager Europe Lead

We are seeking a Senior Key Accounts Manager Europe Lead to join our team at Americold Logistics, LLC. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by deepening relationships with existing key accounts across Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and drive sustained revenue growth.
- Act as the senior point of contact for key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and fostering long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
- Drive cross-selling opportunities with accounts in Europe and across the global Americold organization, ensuring overall business growth.
- Oversee all aspects of account management, including service delivery, financial management, cost control, and quality assurance to ensure smooth operations.
- 7+ years of experience managing key accounts, with a focus on revenue growth and customer relationship management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of the Warehouse, Distribution, Transport, Food, and Supply Chain sectors.
- Proven experience managing complex B2B relationships and delivering value through long-term partnerships.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
