Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager - Europe to lead key account relationships, drive revenue growth, and foster long-term partnerships across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management, negotiation, and strategic planning.

About the Role
The Key Accounts Director - Europe will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with key accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and drive sustained revenue growth. This includes:

  • Managing and negotiating contracts and agreements with key accounts
  • Identifying and pursuing cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Overseeing all aspects of account management, including service delivery, financial management, and quality assurance
  • Developing and implementing effective Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet customer needs
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of commercial agreements and customer charges

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience managing key accounts, with a focus on revenue growth and customer relationship management
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (such as business, logistics, or supply chain management)
  • Extensive knowledge of the Warehouse, Distribution, Transport, Food, and Supply Chain sectors

Estimated Salary Range
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
