Establish a leadership role responsible for IHV partner success, ensuring they thrive and grow their business with Empresa Reconocida's software, solutions, and services. The Global Lead OEM Partnerships will work closely with strategic partners across complex organizations to engage with innovation teams and consider integrating Empresa Reconocida's Product stacks and solutions.

The successful candidate will build trusted relationships with IHV partners, increase market share and attach rate, transform partnerships, and lead all business interactions from engineer to CxO. This includes running customer workshops focused on particular initiatives, attending sales events, giving public presentations, and leading executive events.

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage open source capabilities on Empresa Reconocida's Product, demonstrate a deep understanding of the Linux and cloud software ecosystem, and negotiate contracts and commercial business terms. The ideal candidate will have experience in alliance or indirect sales management roles, be autonomous, disciplined, hands-on, and passionate about Empresa Reconocida's Product products and mission.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include personal learning and development budget, annual compensation review, recognition rewards, annual leave, and Priority Pass for travel.
