Channel Sales Director for EMEA Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Director to lead our EMEA partnerships in Spain, Italy, Portugal, and the Middle East. This is an exciting opportunity to grow and manage our partner ecosystem, driving revenue contribution through existing and new partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic channel partners across Southern Europe
- Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans that meet sales goals and build mutual success
- Promote joint sales and marketing activities with partners to generate deal registrations through partners
- Monitor and report on partner pipeline and key metrics by territory and partner
- Establish close working relationships with Fastly Account Executives to support co-selling with partners
- Demonstrable track record of successful Channel/Partner Management experience in content delivery network services, security services, cloud-based services, SaaS, PaaS, content management, web analytics, website performance, cloud storage, mobile content delivery, or managed web hosting
- Experience working with Resellers/VARs, MSP/MSSPs, ISV, or other types of partners
- Ability to rapidly profile, engage, and recruit new channel partners across the assigned region
- Proven ability to work hard, exceed expectations, and have a desire to learn and improve
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- International experience, preferably working across multiple countries
- Able to get things done despite obstacles or challenges
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Additionally fluent in Italian and Portuguese
- Superior relationship-building skills across internal and partner stakeholders
- Able to proactively resolve problems in a timely manner and develop alternative solutions
- In-depth knowledge of comparable security and/or edge platform technologies
Estimated annual salary range: €80,000 - €110,000 based on experience and location (Madrid or Barcelona, Spain)
Work Location & Travel Requirements:This position is open to remote work based in Spain only, ideally in Madrid or Barcelona. May become hybrid in the future as we continue to open new offices.
