Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Strategic Brand Partnerships Manager to join our Amazon team. This role will focus on driving business growth and customer satisfaction for our brand partners.
About the Role:
As a Strategic Brand Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing short- and long-term strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction for our brand partners. You will work closely with various stakeholders across Amazon to identify opportunities and implement solutions that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction for our brand partners
- Work closely with stakeholders across Amazon to identify opportunities and implement solutions that drive business results
- Use deep data analytics to identify industry opportunities and provide recommendations to improve overall business performance
- Drive EU supply-chain operational excellence initiatives by reducing costs, defects, lead times, and managing stock in our fulfilment centre
- Provide recommendations for marketing and advertising campaigns to promote new products, increase traffic, and improve conversion
- Plan, implement, and manage promotional activities for Amazon events such as Prime Day
- Help grow selection by managing the launch of new products and improving discoverability
- Identify product gaps, onboard new products, and ramp up existing ones while improving the customer journey on Amazon
