About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team at Queer Destinations Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth through strategic outreach and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, and develop targeted strategies to engage with them.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Success Team: Work closely with our Success team to create, maintain, and grow leads through our CRM system.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously update your knowledge of new products, services, and market developments to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
  • Sales Techniques and CRM Software: Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls, and proficiency in CRM software, preferably Hubspot.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Education: A BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
