We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at SupportYourApp. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Manage and qualify leads, identifying potential opportunities and developing relationships with key decision-makers
- Utilize our sales systems, including Salesforce, Salesloft, and Sales Navigator, to track and manage leads and opportunities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences, using this knowledge to tailor our sales approach and build strong relationships
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, working closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- 2-3 years of experience in business development and sales, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of sales systems and processes, including CRM software and sales methodologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Fluency in German and English, with a strong command of both spoken and written language
