About the Role:
Tokeet Inc. is a pioneering software company dedicated to providing innovative solutions for property managers and owners. We're seeking a skilled Property Manager to manage key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain consistent communication and provide support as needed for a portfolio of clients.
  • Develop strategies to retain and grow our client base by understanding client needs and presenting relevant solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to resolve any concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Guide clients on how to best use our software, conducting training sessions and offering ongoing support.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure the client's experience with our software is seamless and that all feedback is communicated to improve our offerings.

Requirements:
We're looking for a candidate with:

Proven experience in property management, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.Familiarity with property management software or channel management platforms is a plus.
