Job Description

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of B2B accounts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Professionally managing all commercial aspects of client relationships, including day-to-day contact, pricing, negotiations, and contract renewals.
  • Maintaining current commitments while identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue per account.
  • Minimizing account churn and identifying prospects among churned clients to win them back.
  • Ensuring profitability goals from your portfolio are achieved.
  • Taking responsibility for daily monitoring of the flow of orders through our systems, addressing issues, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
