Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our car owners in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage subscriptions for all EU markets, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through Zendesk tickets, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement targeted call campaigns to drive customer acquisition and loyalty.
  • Work closely with our operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and offboarding processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing position, with a proven track record of success.
  • Native fluency in Spanish and excellent communication skills.
  • A passion for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
