Salary and Benefits
The gross salary for this role is €32,000 per annum, paid monthly. We offer a range of benefits, including relocation support up to €3,200, a profit share bonus, pension plan, additional holidays, staff discount, and Share Save scheme.
Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping our trade partners increase sales and manage their product range. You will work closely with independent retail outlets like toy stores, hobby stores, and book stores, providing strategic advice and ensuring they have the right products in stock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners on a weekly basis to ensure they have the necessary stock and are informed about new product ranges.
- Sales Growth: Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
- Program Expansion: Seek new opportunities to expand our stockist program and ensure continued engagement from partners.
Challenges and Ideal Candidate Profile
This role requires someone who can manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain regular contact with customers. We are looking for a relationship-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills, organizational abilities, and a third-level qualification (degree). A driving license is also required. Fluency in English and Greek is essential, as well as one of the following languages: Dutch, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, or Norwegian.
Location
This is a full-time, office-based position located in our new Barcelona city centre office.
